Exchange Policy

At Veil by Aairah, we care about your satisfaction and want you to feel happy with your purchase. Since our abayas are modest wear items, we keep our exchange process simple and respectful.

 

Eligibility for Exchange

You can request an exchange if:

  • The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The exchange request is made within 2 days of receiving your order.

  • The abaya is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.

  •  

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

We are unable to accept exchanges if:

  • The abaya has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • The request is made after the allowed timeframe.

  • The issue is related to personal preference (e.g., color looks slightly different due to lighting, minor variations in embroidery).

Exchange Process

  • Contact us via WhatsApp with your order details and a photo of the item.

  • Our team will review your request and confirm if it qualifies.

  • If approved, you may need to return the item to us, after which we will send you a replacement.

  •  

Delivery & Charges

  • If the exchange is due to a wrong or faulty item, we will cover the delivery charges.

  • If the exchange is requested for any other reason (and approved), you may be responsible for the return shipping cost.

No Refunds

At this time, we do not offer cash refunds. Exchanges are provided only for eligible cases as described above.
